Delivery area

We deliver only to addresses in the Republic of Croatia. Personal collection is available in Osijek.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed and depends on the order value. Above the free-delivery threshold shown in the cart, we cover delivery. There is no delivery cost for personal collection.

Timing

Products in stock are normally dispatched within two working days. Made-to-order products state their production time on the product page.

Times may be longer in December. The deadline for delivery before Christmas Eve is published on the home page.

Payment methods

• Cash on delivery — paid to the courier on delivery, or in cash on personal collection.
• Bank transfer — you receive a PDF quote with a 2D barcode you can scan in your banking app. Payment is due within 3 days; after that the order is cancelled automatically.

Personal collection

Collection address: Kninska ulica 1, Osijek. We will email you as soon as the order is ready. Please do not come before that notification.

Packaging

Candles and wreaths are fragile and are packed with additional protection. In summer, candles can soften at high temperatures — if that happens, leave them at room temperature for a few hours before use.
