Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

Deadline

The 14-day period starts on the day the consumer, or a third party they nominate other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Where several items ordered together are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

How to withdraw

Before the deadline expires, send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal by email to info.atelier.aura@gmail.com or by post to Kninska 1, 31000 Osijek. You may use the form below, but you are not obliged to.

Returning goods and refunds

Return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

We refund the amount paid without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until you provide proof of dispatch.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When the right does NOT apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised for the consumer.

In practice this covers candles with a custom inscription or message, wreaths made to the customer’s request (chosen size, colour or material outside the standard range), and any other personalised product. Such products are clearly marked on the product page and during checkout.

The right also does not apply to perishable goods, which includes wreaths made from fresh plant material.
